About the Course
A soccer strength skills session focuses on building functional strength, stability, and power to improve on-field performance and reduce injury risk. Through bodyweight and resistance-based exercises, players develop core strength, balance, and the physicality needed to compete at a higher level.

Soccer has been a lifelong passion for me, shaped by experiences playing Division 1 soccer at Liberty University, competing semi-professionally with Kings Hammer FC, and developing through the elite Solar Development Academy. Over the past five years as a dedicated skills coach, I’ve trained athletes of all ages and levels, combining proven drills from my playing career with the latest in performance science to elevate technical ability, confidence, and game IQ. With a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science focused on Strength and Conditioning and a master’s degree in Education, I bring a deep understanding of building well-rounded, sport-specific athletes and effective coaching methods. Currently coaching at Coppell FC, I continue to grow under the mentorship of Chris Stricker, a nationally recognized coach with nearly 30 years of experience and multiple state and national championships. Whether you’re just starting out or aiming to reach the next level, I’m committed to helping you develop your game with purpose, precision, and passion.
